Tracy Musser is a Senior Institutional Relationship Manager focused on developing and maintaining relationships with institutional clients.
Tracy began her career in the investment industry in 1996. Prior to joining TSW in 2004, she worked for Pilgrim Baxter & Associates, Ltd. as Vice President, Consultant Relations and for PLANCO as a Marketing Coordinator. Tracy is actively involved in the Florida Public Plan Trustee Association (FPPTA) as the Vice Chair of the Advisory Board and speaker. She is a co-founder of the Women in Investing Network of Philadelphia organization, where she serves as Co-President, and she is also a member of the investment committee for the Chester County Community Foundation. Tracy is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, and earned her MBA from St. Joseph’s University. She is currently registered with FINRA and is registered as an Investment Adviser Representative.
Sandy S. McKenna Managing Director, BNY Mellon Asset Servicing – Global Product Management
Sandy is a Managing Director in the Global Product Management group of the Asset Servicing Division of The Bank of New York Mellon. She is responsible for driving the asset servicing product strategy for the U.S. Mutual Funds and commingled funds products and services. She frequently speaks at client meetings to discuss industry trends and the impact on the funds industry.
Ms. McKenna joined Mellon Financial Corporation in 1985. Prior to joining Global Product Management in 2005, she was head of relationship management for the funds segment. In 2007, she was asked to represent the Financial Institutions segment as part of the BNY Mellon Integration team and spent a year working on the Bank of New York and Mellon Bank integration before returning to her role in product management.
Ms. McKenna is a member of Women’s Initiative Network, Women in Investing, 100 Women in Hedge Funds and High Water Women. She currently sits on the board of BNY Mellon Trust of Delaware and BNY Mellon Investment Servicing Trust Company. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Defiance College.
Laurie Hesketh, CIPM, PMP, Director Meradia Group
Laurie is a Director with Meradia Group, and leads Data Management and Performance Measurement initiatives within the company’s Strategic Consulting practice. She has over 19 years of experience leading IT projects, with the last fifteen years focused on the financial services industry. Laurie has managed and executed all phases of the project lifecycle, in roles ranging from hands-on analyst and developer, to an architect and leader of global change initiatives.
Her strong foundation in Investment Operations and Performance Measurement, Manufacturing Operations, Business Analytics, Human Resources and Information Technology creates a unique blend of skills combined with cross-industry perspective. Prior to joining Meradia, Laurie was a Vice President with State Street Global Advisors in Boston, Massachusetts.
She earned a BSBA from Northeastern University, an MBA from the Simmons School of Management and a Certificate in Applied Project Management from Boston University. Laurie is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds the CIPM (Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement) designation.
Maxine Dotseth, Business Consultant, Career Coach and Mentor, Founder, StepUpGrowth.com
Maxine is a business development, client executive and mentor/coach with extensive experience in the financial services industry. She has fostered new business relationships and expanded partnerships with Fortune 500 firms, start-ups, and not for profit organizations at key executive and management levels. Maxine’s background targets growth coaching with businesses and teams. Her experience in mentoring others and assessing professional talents has fostered excellence in career management.
She launched StepUpGrowth.com to bring excellent execution to customer engagement and business development initiatives. She consults to CCI Consulting as a career management coach and to VOCE Consulting’s On Demand Coaching program. She is a certified Predictive Index practitioner to help firms hire efficiently and optimize employee talent.
She has held leadership roles with BNY Mellon, Interactive Data, Control Data and SunGard/FIS. Maxine was a recipient of the BNY Mellon annual Chairman’s Circle Award for top institutional sales achievement. She holds numerous additional awards for sales and client leadership.
As past co-president of WIN and former co-chair of the Corporate Sponsor and Membership teams, she excels in leadership, mentoring, and volunteer projects as an adjunct to her career.
Maxine is a past member of the Advisory Council for the PA Conference for Women. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences degree from the University of Minnesota.
Alicia McIlhinney, Vice President Marketing, FS Investments
Alicia McIlhinney is Vice President of Marketing at FS Investments, where she oversees the firm’s content strategy. In this role, she helps simplify complex concepts and creates connections between the goals of investors and financial advisors and the benefits of alternative investing.
Alicia previously served as Marketing Director for SEI, Marketing Manager at Lincoln Financial, and in various other roles. With nearly two decades of experience, Alicia possesses a clear vision for effectively aligning strategy, resources and execution to achieve desired outcomes.
Alicia majored in Advertising and minored in Business at Penn State University. Since early in her career, she’s championed the empowerment of women in financial services and investing. She currently chairs the FS Women’s Network and the Marketing committee of WIN, where she also serves on the board.
Andrea Vargo, Communications Specialist
Andrea is a communications professional with over 17 years of experience in the consulting and technology industries. In 2012, she made her foray into financial services as a communications manager for the Bank of New York Mellon’s Asset Servicing Global Product Management Group, where she worked for two years. She then worked as a writer/editor for SEI Investments between 2014-2016. Her most recent roles include contract writing assignments at Prudential Financial and Vanguard.
Andrea has been a member of WIN since 2014 and along with Alicia McIlhinney serves as the co-chair of WIN’s marketing committee. She is an alumnae of the University of Pennsylvania where she earned a BA in Communications and BBA in Business Administration. In 2017 she received her Investment Foundations Certification from the CFA Institute.
Beth Moreau, Senior Investment Professional
Beth Moreau is an asset management executive with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Most recently, she was a senior client portfolio manager for the global fixed income team at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, where she was responsible for managing institutional separately managed account relationships and business development for global and domestic fixed income separately managed account strategies and mutual funds.
Previously, Beth was a client service administrator at Morgan Stanley and spent seven years at Vanguard where she was a stable value fund accountant and supervisor of operations in the Asset Management and Trust division.
Beth holds a dual degree in Finance and Accounting from LaSalle University and is a CFP licensee.
Staci Wilhelm, Finance Chief Accounting Officer, J.G. Wentworth
Staci serves as J.G. Wentworth’s Specialty Finance Chief Accounting Officer, overseeing the technical accounting matters for the company. Additionally, she is responsible for various accounting functions including financial and compliance reporting and oversight of the accounting department.
Staci began her career more than 20 years ago in public accounting having worked with two international public accounting firms focused on the middle market. She maintained a broad portfolio of clients including private equity funds providing venture funding and leverage buyouts with assets under management of up to $1 billion as well as companies owned by private equity funds. Her largest fund client held portfolio investments in specialty finance, asset management and other firms serving the financial services market. She also has experience with business combinations and employee benefit plans and also facilitated a variety of professional staff training sessions nationally as well as locally.
Staci is a graduate of La Salle University, holds an MBA from Temple University and is a certified public accountant.
