Tracy L. Musser Senior Institutional Relationship Manager, Thompson, Siegel & Walmsley LLC
Tracy began her career in the investment industry in 1996. Prior to joining TSW in 2004, she worked for Pilgrim Baxter & Associates, Ltd. as Vice President, Consultant Relations and for PLANCO as a Marketing Coordinator. Tracy is actively involved in the Florida Public Plan Trustee Association (FPPTA) as the Vice Chair of the Advisory Board and speaker. She is a co-founder of the Women in Investing Network of Philadelphia organization, where she serves as Co-President, and she is also a member of the investment committees for the Chester County Community Foundation and Women’s Way. Tracy is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, and earned her MBA from St. Joseph’s University. She is currently registered with FINRA, holds a Series 7, and has been awarded the CFA® Investment Foundations Certificate.
Sandy S. McKenna Managing Director, BNY Mellon Asset Servicing – Global Product Management
Sandy is a Managing Director in the Global Product Management group of the Asset Servicing Division of The Bank of New York Mellon. She is responsible for driving the asset servicing product strategy for the U.S. Mutual Funds and commingled funds products and services. She frequently speaks at client meetings to discuss industry trends and the impact on the funds industry.
Ms. McKenna joined Mellon Financial Corporation in 1985. Prior to joining Global Product Management in 2005, she was head of relationship management for the funds segment. In 2007, she was asked to represent the Financial Institutions segment as part of the BNY Mellon Integration team and spent a year working on the Bank of New York and Mellon Bank integration before returning to her role in product management.
Ms. McKenna is a member of Women’s Initiative Network, Women in Investing, 100 Women in Hedge Funds and High Water Women. She currently sits on the board of BNY Mellon Trust of Delaware and BNY Mellon Investment Servicing Trust Company. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Defiance College.
Denise O’Hara, CPA, Consulting, Audit & Compliance
Denise is a Consultant with over 30 years’ experience leading audit and compliance functions in varied operations, including insurance, manufacturing and healthcare. She has a proven track record of establishing and implementing department strategy and conducting complex analyses based on regulatory requirements.
Her clients capitalize on her extensive knowledge of and experience in securities regulation, internal audit, strategic planning, process improvement, risk assessment, risk based testing, internal controls, process improvement and internal investigations.
Prior to bring a consultant, Denise held various roles at Prudential in both Compliance and Internal Audit. Denise earned a BS in Accounting from West Chester University, a MBA in Finance from La Salle University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Pennsylvania. Denise is also actively involved in supporting the National MS Society through participation in annual fundraising events and promoting MS awareness by collaborating with local and national businesses.
Maxine Dotseth, Senior Client Manager, Asset Management and Corporate Sponsorship
Maxine is a business development and client executive in the financial services industry with over 25 years of experience. She has fostered new business relationships with Fortune 500 firms and expanded partnerships with finance, operations and investment professionals. Maxine is a sales leader and partner to global client relationships and has held key management positions with FIS Global, BNY Mellon, and Interactive Data. Maxine was a recipient of the BNY Mellon 2010 Chairman’s Circle Award for sales achievement. She holds numerous additional awards for sales and client leadership within her past organizations.
Maxine served as Co-President to the WIN organization from 2012 to mid-2014. She leads the Membership/Corporate Sponsorship Committee for WIN. She is a past member of the Advisory Council for the PA Conference for Women. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences degree from the University of Minnesota.
Michaela Malloy, Transaction Manager, CBRE
Michaela Malloy is the Transaction Manager for CBRE Philadelphia’s Office Tenant Representation Team where she manages and oversees real estate transactions. Michaela provides strategic planning, transaction execution and ongoing portfolio optimization services predominantly for multinational mid-cap corporations.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2014, Michaela worked in financial services at SEI as a Solutions Manager responsible for executing on strategic projects regarding investor and regulatory initiatives. Michaela started at SEI in 2008 and held positions as Consultant Relations Director, Middle Office Operations Manager and Alternative Product Associate.
Michaela previously served as the President of SEI Women’s Network. In 2013 she was a member of the WIN Membership Committee. Michaela received her master’s degree in business administration from Villanova University in 2011 where she specialized in real estate and finance. Michaela double majored in economics & business and government & law and holds her undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree from Lafayette College. Michaela is a licensed Pennsylvania real estate salesperson.
Laurie Hesketh, CIPM, PMP, Director Meradia Group
Laurie is a Director with Meradia Group, and leads Data Management and Performance Measurement initiatives within the company’s Strategic Consulting practice. She has over 19 years of experience leading IT projects, with the last fifteen years focused on the financial services industry. Laurie has managed and executed all phases of the project lifecycle, in roles ranging from hands-on analyst and developer, to an architect and leader of global change initiatives.
Her strong foundation in Investment Operations and Performance Measurement, Manufacturing Operations, Business Analytics, Human Resources and Information Technology creates a unique blend of skills combined with cross-industry perspective. Prior to joining Meradia, Laurie was a Vice President with State Street Global Advisors in Boston, Massachusetts.
She earned a BSBA from Northeastern University, an MBA from the Simmons School of Management and a Certificate in Applied Project Management from Boston University. Laurie is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds the CIPM (Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement) designation.
Carol Neilson, Fundraising Professional
Carol is a fundraiser in the education sector. As a Director of Development at the Fox School of Business at Temple University, she cultivated, solicited, and stewarded donations from alumni with significant financial means. Previously, Carol was a Vice President at Citizens Bank, and also for Morgan Stanley Investment Management, where she worked for fourteen years in institutional and intermediary client service management and mutual fund operations. She began her career as a commercial credit analyst and lending representative.
Carol is serving on WIN’s Membership and Corporate Sponsorship committee for the second year. She chaired WIN’s Program committee in 2013. She earned a BA in Political Science and French from Williams College and an MBA in Finance and Taxation from Drexel University.
Andrea Vargo, Communications Specialist
Andrea is a communications specialist with over 16 years of experience in the consulting and technology industries. In 2012, she made her foray into the financial services industry as a communications manager for the Bank of New York Mellon’s Asset Servicing Global Product Management Group, where she worked for two years. In 2014, she joined SEI’s Investment Management Unit working as a writer/editor.
Andrea has been a member of WIN since 2014 and along with Diane Streleckis, serves as the co-chair of WIN’s marketing committee. She is an alumnae of the University of Pennsylvania where she earned a BA in Communications and BBA in Business Administration.
